6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical information, customer data, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of services for a period of five years.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAWOOD AKHTAR ENTERPRISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAWOOD AKHTAR ENTERPRISE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms in your service agreement. We may immediately terminate or suspend access to our services without notice if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services, and we will provide you with your data in a standard format within 30 days.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
